Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Comp Door
o Emerald Windows and Doors reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
o The winner will be contacted after the draw via Facebook comment/message and will need to respond with their contact details within 48 hours, or there will be a redraw.
o The giveaway price cannot be redeemed on an existing order/contract.
o The giveaway prize can be redeemed by those living in Emerald Windows and Doors catchment area only. This includes all SN postcodes, and areas generally within an hour travelling distance. If a user is selected as the winner and is later found to live outside of the catchment area, they will not be able to claim the prize, and there will be a redraw.
o The giveaway prize can be redeemed by the homeowner only. If a user is selected as the winner is later found to not be the homeowner, they will not be able to claim the prize, and there will be a redraw.
o The giveaway prize can be redeemed by a user who is able to have the installation completed in January and cannot be delayed until a later date by the user.
o The door is to be designed by the winner and will be completely free up to a value decided by Emerald Windows and Doors. If the winner decides to choose a door that is above this value, they will have the choice to pay the difference directly to Emerald Windows and Doors.
o The door supplied will be from Emerald Windows and Door’s Comp Door range only.
o The door is based on standard measurements and does not include side panels, if it is found that the door requires side panels to be replaced, this may result in additional charges to the winner.
o If any additional work is found to be required by the surveyor, this may result in additional charges to the winner.
o The giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
o Once the winner has designed their door, they will need to sign a contract with Emerald Windows and Doors, and their normal terms and conditions will apply.
o After installation, Emerald Windows and Doors will be entitled to take images of the door and post to their social media and website.
