1. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
a. Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram
b. Follow Emerald Windows and Doors on Facebook or Instagram
c. Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend
Additional tags count as additional entries.
Participants may enter on both platforms; entries will be combined.

2. Key Giveaway Structure
• The giveaway runs from 1st–12th December 2025
• A new prize will be announced each morning.
• A winner will be selected later that same day.
• All valid entries remain active for all 12 draws.
• Participants may win one prize only during Days 1–11.
• All entrants (including prize winners) remain eligible for the Day 12 Composite Door draw.

3. Eligibility
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entrants must live within Emerald’s service area (SN postcodes and approximately a one-hour radius of Swindon).
• If a winner is found to live outside of this area, a redraw will occur.
• The composite door prize is redeemable by homeowners only. Proof may be required.

4. Daily Prize Rules (Days 1–11)
• Daily prizes are supplied either by Emerald Windows & Doors or participating local businesses.
• Prize details, value, usage instructions, and expiration dates are set solely by the prize partner.
• Emerald Windows and Doors is not responsible for the terms, availability, or fulfilment of prizes supplied by third-party businesses.
• All daily prizes must be collected from the Emerald Windows & Doors Swindon showroom, unless stated otherwise.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

5. Day 12 Prize – Composite Door
The Day 12 prize includes:
5.1 Prize Details
• Supply and installation of one composite door from the Comp Door range.
• A maximum prize value cap applies. If the chosen door exceeds this amount, the winner may pay the difference.
• Side panels are not included. Additional charges apply if required.
• Standard installation is covered.
• Any non-standard works, building modifications, or extras identified by the surveyor may incur charges payable by the winner.
• The prize cannot be used toward any existing order with Emerald Windows and Doors.
5.2 Installation Requirements
• Installation will take place between January and March 2026.
• Dates will be arranged between Emerald and the winner.
• The installation cannot be postponed beyond March 2025 by the winner.
• The winner must sign a standard Emerald contract, subject to usual terms.
5.3 Non-Transferable
• The door prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.
• Winners will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct message from the official Emerald Windows and Doors accounts only.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours with their details to claim their prize.
• Failure to respond will result in a redraw.
• Emerald Windows and Doors will never request bank details or payment information.
• Participants should remain cautious of fake or impersonator accounts.

7. Promotional Use
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Emerald Windows and Doors may use photographs of the prize or final door installation for marketing purposes, including social media and website content.

8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during this giveaway will be used solely for administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Emerald Windows and Doors’ Privacy Policy and data protection laws.

9. Disqualification
Emerald Windows and Doors reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
• Do not meet the entry requirements
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity

Emerald Windows and Doors may withdraw, amend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
