- Emerald Windows and Doors reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected via a random draw after the giveaway ends.
- The winner will be contacted through a Facebook or Instagram message and must respond with their contact details within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.
- The winner will be contacted through a Facebook or Instagram message from the official Emerald Windows and Doors account only. The official account will not ask for any sensitive information such as bank details or payments.
- Participants should be vigilant of fake accounts pretending to represent Emerald Windows and Doors. Emerald Windows and Doors will not be held responsible for any interactions with such accounts.
- Eligibility
- The giveaway prize is available only to individuals residing within Emerald Windows and Doors’ catchment area. This includes all SN postcodes and areas within an approximate one-hour travel distance. If a winner is found to live outside of this area, they will be disqualified, and a redraw will occur.
- The prize is redeemable by the homeowner only. Proof of homeownership may be required. Non-homeowners will be disqualified, and a redraw will occur.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Prize Details
- The prize includes the supply and installation of one composite door from Emerald Windows and Doors’ Comp Door range only.
- The door’s value will be capped at a maximum amount determined by Emerald Windows and Doors. If the chosen door exceeds this value, the winner must pay the difference directly.
- The prize does not include side panels. If side panels are required for the installation, additional charges will apply, payable by the winner.
- The door dimensions will be based on standard measurements. Any required customizations or unforeseen additional work, as determined by the surveyor, may incur extra charges. These charges must be covered by the winner.
- The prize cannot be used to offset an existing order or contract with Emerald Windows and Doors.
- Installation Conditions
- Installation of the door must be completed between January and March 2025. The installation date will be arranged by Emerald Windows and Doors in consultation with the winner but cannot be delayed or rescheduled beyond this period by the winner.
- The winner will be required to sign a standard contract with Emerald Windows and Doors, subject to the company’s usual terms and conditions.
- Non-Transferable Prize
- The giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods or services.
- Promotional Use
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Emerald Windows and Doors to take and use images of the installed door for promotional purposes, including posting on social media and the company’s website.
- Data Protection
- Emerald Windows and Doors will handle all personal data in accordance with data protection laws and will use the information solely for administering this giveaway.
- Disqualification
- Emerald Windows and Doors reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who breaches these terms and conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
