Having multiple chambers allows the frames to lock in pockets of air, which increases their ability to retain heat. uPVC windows often feature 5 or 6 chambers in their frames, however Residence collection windows utilise 7 or 9 chambers, depending on the variation. This ensures for timber looking uPVC windows that perform excellently in terms of thermal efficiency, meaning they knock plenty of pounds off your energy bills.
Whilst there are uPVC windows that do a great job achieving a traditional look, little do so quite as well as the Residence 9 collection. Boasting traditional sightlines that have been expertly crafted under strict conservation area guidelines, they are one of the best windows available for achieving a 19th century window aesthetic.
