We worried about choosing a window company. We looked at all the usual national firms but we preferred the feel of a smaller local family run business as the rep was understanding of all our needs. The main issue for us was a quick turnaround and high quality frames with high security. We got this and more from Emerald.

We are really impressed with the smooth finish. The fitters used dust sheets and cleaned up at every stage. We have already recommended them to our neighbours. Thank you for good value for money and a great finish.
The sales team at Emerald Windows are extremely knowledgeable. My house is a period property so the look was a very big player in which company I chose. I put my trust in Emerald and it paid off as the windows look fantastic and have brought even more character to the house. All the neighbours praised the work.

The team of fitters worked to a high standard, they also cleaned up as they worked. The house inside and out was tidier when they had finished than before they arrived.

Very happy with our replacement double glazed windows. The installation was very efficient, and the fitters worked very well together and they removed all the old frames and rubbish from around the house. It has all been installed in a very effective manner. I would definitely use Emerald Windows again.
